OpenSprint ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and what we do with it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if you give it) and your message. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who we share it with

We use a few trusted service providers to run this website and handle email:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Microsoft 365 stores our email.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and Japan.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete it when we no longer need it.

Access and correction

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@opensprint.com.au.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please email us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
